SERVING SIZZLE: BRINGING GREENE KING’S SUMMER ROLES TO LIFE

This summer, we teamed up with the brilliant creative minds at Tribera to help deliver a bold, attention-grabbing recruitment campaign for Greene King - one that fired up social feeds and delivered serious results.

Man standing on barrel holding drinks

With a confident creative concept already in place, Tribera came to us looking for a production partner to help bring their vision to life. From fire-breathing chefs to front-of-house flair, the brief was clear: create a suite of eye-catching visuals that made Greene King’s summer roles stand out.

The shoot took place at J11, with our Head of Photography, Daniel Du Cros, leading the charge. Using colourful, creatively lit backdrops and dramatic portraiture, we captured a range of characters. From chefs in action to bartenders mid-pour, each image designed to stop thumbs and spark interest.

Tribera handled casting, props and art direction, and were the dream team to work alongside. It was a smooth, collaborative process from start to finish, with our role focused on providing the right space, crew, post-production and photographic direction to elevate the concept.

We work across the full spectrum of creative production - from end-to-end campaigns to supporting specific elements like studio space or specialist crew. For this one, we slotted into Tribera’s vision, supporting where needed and helping bring every scene to life.

The creative didn’t just land well visually, it delivered in performance too. With applications more than doubling compared to the previous seasonal campaign, and the click-through-rate soaring well above industry benchmarks, it was a clear example of how strong visuals can drive real results.

And the best part? We’ve already been back in the studio with Tribera shooting the next Greene King project. Keep your eyes peeled!
